Chef Carlos Onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines The "Pride of Hawaii"

My last couple of days on board The "Pride of Hawaii" before going on Vacation.

Greg he is utility Galley he cleans our Equipment and supplies dishware to the Servers. Greg went on vacation at the same time with me and 2 other crew mates see photos at the end of this page of all of us in Waikiki Beach the day we went on vacation waiting for our flights home, we rented a car.

This is the Pastry Server pick up area where the desserts get ready and are taken to the diners by the servers.

Here are Assistant Cooks Anthony he works the Room service area and Wendall he does the vegetables and starch ( rice & Palenta etc.) Wendall went on vacation the same day with Me, Greg and Mellissa.

Last night on stage for our "Home Away from Home" appearance for the passengers to see
the crew staff of all departments.

The Excitement before going on Stage part of the approximately 30 cooks that make the entrance to the stage.

This is our Home away from Home, we do this every Friday @ 8:30 and 10:30 pm. The crew comes out on the stage in order by departments from captain, Staff Captain, Engineers, Room Steward to Servers and the Cooks and Chefs.

We four had a going away dinner @ the Blue Lagoon Restaurant on The Ship.

First Cook/ Carlos, Cook/ Wendall, Cook/ Tousant, Chef Tournant of the Blue Lagoon/ Tim and Cook/ Ereck.

We had a great evening.

Hula Dancers always Greet the Ship when it arrives and also when it Leaves the port with a new Cruise.

It is really amazing to see them perform.

Our Ship backing out and turning in the Honolulu Port 180 degrees from the Pier to head out to Sea again. 

Final turn to head out for another cruise around the Hawaiian island with new passengers on Board.

We stayed at the Sheraton with other crew that were on vacation too for a couple of days before going to Miami.

We had friends that were staying @ the Hyatt as well as at the Sheraton, they were on vacation too from the ship.

Main street in Waikiki there is also a Cheesecake factory restaurant that we had lunch there.

 A great place to stroll in Waikiki is the King's Village Shopping Center

Great day to start my Vacation in Waikiki Beach I got so burned.

Photos below are from when I was on Vacation I got called for employment @ Pericone's in Brickell Downtown Miami.
I worked there while on Vacation for 2 Months till it was time to go back to NCL in Hawaii. They were really very nice to me and a great staff Ex. Chef/ Rafael , Sous Chef/ Steve and Owner/ Steven and GM/ John. Thank you all.
