This is where we have a carver everyday Lunch & Dinner, carving a different item every day. Pictured above is Assistant Cook / Brandon Hetterly. The little Boy in front was amazed @ the Roasted Suckling Pig, he was amazed gleaming with Fun & Joy!!!

all food items being
served by book recording the served time &
temperature and
expired time of use of all the food.
Amy @ work she is a blessing with a great happy attitude
and
always I mean ALWAYS a Beautiful Smile!
Amy is one of many Assistant servers we have Amy is very sweet
and
helpful with me on the hot lines and what ever is needed to set up the
Buffet.

Pastor performs the Mass to us the Catholic Crew of about 600.

Me in the Fire Locker, these are the tanks we have to take to the fire scene and replace from the Fire-fighters the empty air tanks with fresh new ones as they come out of the fire location.
